We have been delighted to have his work at the Angels' Share since 2009. He introduces original flavours into the breads often acting on impulse to take advantage of the stunning local and seasonal ingredients. James makes many of the bakery's regional specialities as well as a range of biscuits and shortbreads.

Carrie has spent a lifetime baking. She started at Modern Bakery in Springfield, assembling cake boxes when she was just 14 years old. She met Carmino there in the 1970s and later went on to work in every aspect of the bakery business. She continued her baking, also working at Atkins Farm, serving as Head Sales Manager for 10 of the 22 years at the store. She’s been happily working at Armata’s for two years and now that she’s here, she wouldn’t have it any other way.
